How to send your shipment
- Step 01
Bring it to the counter
Visit a branch during opening hours with your parcel and the consignee’s name, phone number and delivery details.
- Step 02
We measure and price it
Our team checks the contents, weighs your parcel and confirms the shipping cost with you.
- Step 03
Invoice, then payment
The person paying receives the invoice. Let us know whether the shipper or consignee will pay, and we will explain the payment options.
- Step 04
Track your parcel
Use your tracking number to check progress. We will also notify you when your shipment leaves and when it is ready for pickup or delivery.
