Because we receive the goods ourselves, you are not relying on a supplier to pack for international transit. We repack where it is needed, we note the declared contents accurately for customs, and we can tell you before it ships whether an item is going to be a problem at the border.
Where several purchases arrive over a few weeks, they wait at the depot at no charge and travel together. One waybill, one invoice, one tracking ID.
Transparent pricing
Supplier invoices are passed through at cost. Our procurement fee is quoted up front and shown as its own line, so you always know what you are paying us for.
