Declare everything in your shipment at the branch. If a prohibited item is found after the shipment is registered, it will be removed and held and, where required by law, reported. Undeclared items can delay customs clearance.
Never accepted
Cash, cheques, bullion or precious stones. Firearms, ammunition and fireworks. Loose lithium batteries. Perishables without a vacuum seal. Prescription drugs without documentation. Live animals or plants. Counterfeit or unbranded goods. Dangerous goods require explicit carrier and branch approval. Perfumes, sprays and alcohols have different charges and acceptance requirements. Getting a price does not mean an item has been accepted for shipping.
Accepted with conditions
Batteries installed inside a device, in their original retail packaging. Foodstuffs that are commercially sealed and shelf-stable. Cosmetics and liquids in retail quantities, packed to survive transit. Bring these to the counter and we will confirm before the waybill opens.
If you are not sure
Contact the branch before packing an item you are unsure about. Tell us what it is, how much you are sending and its destination so we can check whether it can be accepted.
