Questions & answers
Answers to common questions about shipping costs, payments, tracking and collection.
8 answers.
01Do I need an account?
You do not need an account to check a shipment’s progress with its tracking number. Sign in to view the private details of shipments linked to your account. If you are sending from a branch, our team can help create your account.
02When do I pay?
Either at the counter when you send, or on collection at the destination. Whichever it is, we say so before the invoice is generated, and it is printed on the invoice itself.
03What if the recipient will not pay?
The parcel stays at our destination depot. It is not released, and after 30 days storage charges begin. We keep contacting both parties in the meantime.
04How is the weight decided?
We weigh your packed parcel and measure the box. Large, light boxes may be charged by the space they take up rather than their weight. The calculator shows any minimum charge, and our team confirms the final price at the branch.
05Can I send several boxes as one waybill?
Yes. One waybill can carry many packages, each measured separately and priced together. You get one tracking ID and one invoice.
06How often will I hear from you?
The person paying receives the invoice. We also send shipment updates when your parcel leaves and when it is ready for pickup or delivery. You can check its progress on the tracking page in between.
07How long is my tracking ID valid?
You can use the same tracking number to check the shipment after delivery. Keep your invoice and receipt for your records, and contact us if you need help finding an older shipment.
08Do you handle customs duty?
We file the entry and clear the cargo. Duty and government charges are quoted to you separately at cost - they are never folded into the freight line.
