These terms apply to every shipment accepted at an AMGRAY counter. Handing us a parcel and accepting the waybill means accepting them.
Pricing and weight
Shipping charges depend on the route, service and goods being sent. Charges may be based on weight in kilograms or pounds, box size or the number of items, with a minimum charge for the shipment. Your invoice records the agreed charges, currency and exchange rate. Confirm any additional clearance or government charges with the branch.
Payment and release
The paying party - Shipper or Consignee - is fixed at intake and printed on the invoice. An unpaid parcel may travel, but it will not be released at the destination. Storage is free for thirty days from arrival, after which a daily rate applies.
Declarations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the declared contents and value. We may open and inspect any parcel. Prohibited items are removed and held, and reported where the law requires.
Transit times and liability
Published transit times are targets, not guarantees; customs, carriers and weather are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods, and claims must be raised within fourteen days of delivery or of the ready-for-collection notice.
